10/10 service and amazing value for what you get I'm not a person who leaves leftovers, but the portions you get for small were huge. Everything was so yummy and fresh that the two of us couldn't finish everything even though we wanted to. The owners there are super sweet and it was a chill environment. I heard they are opening a mala station this week, so hoping to try it out again!

I love hotpot places! This place is pretty good and could easily get five stars just on their service and friendliness. The food is great, too!

We came to this restaurant on a Friday around 8:30PM. They opened until 11PM so there was plenty of time for us to eat. The restaurant was not too big but it was clean. Our table was spacious for us two people. Every table had a tablet for ordering. The staff was very friendly and served efficiently. The food was delicious and well-portioned. We were very full and satisfied with each person paid about $60 including tips. Everything was an additional 12% off so I considered the value was very good. Street parking in U District as usual. It was not hard to find parking and then walking there.

It's traditional hotpot place. The owner is very friendly. Since it was on Chinese New Year weekend, he upgraded our meat order for free. Food quality is not bad. If you are looking for a place for hotpot and not too pricey, you could try this place. Their meat is very thinly sliced.

Nice mom and pop hot pot up in the U-district! This endless grey seattle winter has made it a necessity to hit every local hot pot place in the area! Sichuan hot pot is a much smaller operation than most other hot pot places. It looks like you are walking into someone's house at first. Ordering is pretty simply using laminated menus with a dry erase pen to circle your desired vittles. Went with the split broth option. Tomato base and the house spicy broth. I actually really liked the tomato base the best. Lamb neck broth was a special up charge but might try next time. They don't offer the luxury cuts here like wagyu but I felt the quality was still good. I went with Angus beef, premium lamb and fatty lamb for the meats, mixed veg and mixed mushrooms for non meat items. Sauce bar is not the most extensive I've seen but I concocted a sufficiently tasty slurry that paired well with my food. They do offer raw egg which you can either Crack raw into your sauce (the legit way) but can also boil in your cauldron too. Food came out great and I was really happy with the flavors. They also have a large selection of non hot pot snacks that I will have to try next time. Weirdly enough some of the reviews mentioned that some of the burners did not boil equally and that was the case with my set up. It didn't cause any problems with cooking however. Service was great and friendly! Great option for hot pot!

This place is looks like a house on the outside and it's not on the main road so you definitely need to be looking for it to find it. The place does hot pot and there seem to busy during lunch time. We ended up ordering takeout and got the chicken in chili oil. For the price, it was a pretty good portion. The chicken could be more tender in my opinion but the flavor was there. Definitely will be back to try their other items or even their hotpot.

A small mom and pop hot pot restaurant in the U district, I'm regretful I didn't visit here earlier. Prices were extremely reasonable and all ingredients were fresh. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We ordered a split pot with two flavors. The tomato broth was so rich in flavor and the house spicy had plenty of spices and flavor as well. Each broth included extra veggies such as potato, carrot, and mushrooms. We got the cucumber appetizer which usually at other places is just 1 cucumber sliced up but this place was really generous. Sauce bar had the basics and when ingredients were running low the staff was quick to refill them. Even though the interior is small it felt very homey and cozy. 3 of us spent ~$100 but we were full and couldn't finish everything. Not bad for a la carte hot pot nowadays!

Service is really good and sweet that they try to remind customers. For instance, I asked ice for my drink, they reminded me it could hurt my stomach if I drink too cold while eating spicy hot pot since there is beef oil in at the moment they give me ice. The soup is also really good. If you compared all Sichuan style hot pot in Seattle, I would say this is one of the best and traditional one. The portion is also quite big. If you order combo dishes, you might not want to order too many dishes. The weakness is that they do but have central air conditioner, and it is too hot in summer.
